Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand life happens. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment please try to let us know as soon as you can. You can text us at 413-279-4448 for the quickest response. We ask that you please try to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we may be able to offer this slot to another client. We also ask that if you feel ill, Please stay home and rest. Receiving bodywork while not feeling well can actually aspirate your condition and make you feel worse. We definitely do not want that. But, once you are well again and all symptoms have subsided we can help you get back up to speed. Massage and energy work can increase your energy and help with flushing out toxins to help you feel your best.
