There’s no need to “do” anything during the session; simply relax, breathe, and remain open to receive. Trust that whatever comes forward is in divine order for your highest good.

• Create a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Have water nearby and allow yourself time to settle in before we begin.

• Set an intention for your session. You may wish to reflect on an area of life you’d like clarity, healing, or release around.

• Bring an open heart and mind. The Akashic Records respond beautifully to curiosity and willingness to grow.

• Avoid alcohol or heavy foods  24 hours before and after your session, as this helps keep your energy clear and receptive.

• Have a journal nearby for any insights or messages you’d like to record afterward.

After your session, take time to rest, hydrate, and integrate the energy. Subtle shifts may continue for days or weeks—trust your process and know that the healing continues to unfold in divine timing.
